Presenting with Jupyter

Andreas Klostermann - @BayesianHorse

The Jupyter Notebook software allows you to mix code, prose, rich output and interactivity in one interface and is revolutionizing the way we tell stories about data and computing. This talk is about how to use Jupyter for presentations, how to integrate interactivity and how to structure a talk for maximum impact.

Benefits of using a live Jupyter notebook for presentations: Easily show the results of computations, with or without Code Integrate simple interactivity Mix Presentation slides and long-form explanations in the accompanying downloads Show all the code you used in creating the slides in the notes, without showing them in the presentation

I'm currently preparing this talk/workshop, which I am going to hold at several venues, called "Presenting with Jupyter". I already held the first, sort of alpha Version at the PyUnconf 2015.
